Un progetto che non parte dal nulla, ma da una demolizione: quella di un edificio esistente, ormai compromesso e non più in grado di rispondere alle esigenze del presente. Abbiamo scelto di ricostruire, ma con rispetto.
Rispetto per il contesto, per le proporzioni, per i materiali, per la storia che ogni pietra di questo paese racconta.
Il nuovo volume ricalca fedelmente l’impronta dell’edificio originario, mantenendone sagoma e dimensioni, ma reinterpretandole con un linguaggio architettonico contemporaneo. Protagonista della nuova architettura è il mattone faccia vista, materiale tipico di queste zone, che riveste le facciate. Una reinterpretazione moderna della pietra locale, che diventa elemento di dialogo tra antico e nuovo. La nuova costruzione si inserisce nel paesaggio urbano con discrezione e identità, cercando un equilibrio tra innovazione e radicamento. Questo progetto è un invito a guardare al futuro senza rinunciare alla memoria, a costruire nel segno della continuità, con passione e responsabilità.

The new volume faithfully traces the footprint of the original building, preserving its shape and dimensions, while reinterpreting them through a contemporary architectural language.The protagonist of the new architecture is exposed brick, a material typical of this area, which clads the façades. A modern reinterpretation of the local stone, it becomes a medium for dialogue between old and new.
